Learning Language with LiveMocha

LiveMocha - learn to speak a foreign language by conversing with native speakers. I believe some parts are free and some parts require payment.  Looked interesting though; it's like having audio "pen-pals".

Phrasebook

While the graphics don't seem to want to load for me in either Firefox or IE, the Phrasebook site is still helpful for free, simple translations. It was developed for travelers and so offers sections for situations involving hotels, emergencies, etc, in addition to the basic expressions.
